The puppy sold is guaranteed as a healthy pet only. No guarantees are made in the area of trainability. The puppy sold is guaranteed to be healthy and free from apparent congenital (born with) defects - that prevent the pup from living a normal life - to the best of the kennel's ability to determine. (Warranty does not include cherry eye, cryptorchids or over/underbites.) For the protection of the buyer, the kennel gives the buyer a health and congenital defect guarantee of seven days after the removal from the kennel. If within a seven day period, a licensed veterinarian determines serious illness or congenital defect exists, the puppy, if returned within seven days after the initial guarantee period along with the examining veterinarian's letter certifying the condition, will be accepted in exchange for a puppy of equal value immediately or as soon as an exchange puppy is available. Also included is a 1 year congenital defect warranty. If within a one year period, a licensed veterinarian determines a serious congenital defect exists, a puppy of equal value will be given immediately or as soon as a puppy is available.

We are also offering the option to have the 7 day Health Check done by our vet before you pick up your puppy.

After purchase, the kennel assumes no responsibility for veterinarian expenses for initial examination or otherwise, medication or transportation. After the expiration of the warranty period, all liability of the kennel ceases.
