By submitting this form, should you decide to send a deposit to purchase a South Haven pup, you agree that you understand the following:
1. South Haven Farm does not sell to resellers including pet stores.
2. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Pups are sold with CKC Registration Application papers.
4. Please check the "Purchase Info" page for current pricing.
5. All pups are implanted with AVID Microchips at a cost of $35 depending on registration type.
6. You have read and understand our pup guarantee.
7. Pups are expected to be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.
8. If for any reason you cannot keep your pup/dog, you agree to notify SHF for a new home approval or return the pup/dog to SHF. Refunds are not given.
9. Information on this website supercedes any information on other advertising websites.
